Job summary

Parts ASAP in Bridgeport, NE is hiring a Yard Associate to dismantle tractors and ag equipment, inspect parts, and help customers locate parts in the yard.

You will keep the yard organized and safe, assist with shop operations, and follow environmental and safety procedures; forklift training available.

Starting pay is $19–$21 per hour, with a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge, preferably with agricultural equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle tractors and agricultural equipment while preserving part quality.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist customers in locating parts and equipment throughout the yard.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow environmental and safety procedures for handling salvage equipment.
• Perform routine checks on yard equipment and assist with general shop and yard operations.
