Parts ASAP is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who thrives on the phone, handles 50-60 inbound calls daily, and turns inquiries into sales. This on-site, high-energy role offers uncapped commissions and real earning potential through your hustle and relationship-building.

You will field pricing and product availability inquiries, respond to emails promptly, and manage quotes and invoices in the invoicing system while sourcing hard-to-find parts from approved vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Phone confidence and ability to think on your feet.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for pricing and product availability.
• Respond to customer emails within 30–60 minutes.
• Enter quotes and invoices into the invoicing system.
• Sourcing hard-to-find parts from approved vendors when items aren’t in stock.
• Follow up on open quotes to move deals forward and inform customers.
• Log every customer interaction with clear, accurate notes.
• Make outbound calls to past customers to generate new leads.
• Build lasting relationships that turn buyers into repeat customers.
• Keep price lists and catalogs accurate and up to date.

The Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
• Location: On-site
• Call Volume: 50-60 inbound calls per day

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound customer calls for pricing and product availability
• Responding to customer emails within 30-60 minutes
• Entering quotes and invoices into the company's invoicing system
• Sourcing hard-to-find parts from approved vendors when items aren't in stock
• Following up on open quotes to keep deals moving and customers informed
