Parts ASAP (formerly All States Ag Parts) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Bridgeport, NE. The role involves solving customer needs, tracking down hard-to-find parts, and building quotes and invoices to move orders forward.

You will handle inbound calls and emails for pricing and availability, while developing relationships with customers and accounts. The position offers a consistent schedule 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM and uncapped commission opportunities with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid computer skills including Email, Word and Excel.
• Strong phone presence and clear communication with customers.
• Problem-solver mindset and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Bonus points: 2+ years of sales experience in ag or construction parts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails for pricing and parts availability.
• Track down hard-to-find parts from our network of approved vendors.
• Build quotes, invoices, and freight estimates for customers.
• Own issues from start to finish and keep customers updated.
• Build lasting relationships with repeat customers and key accounts.
• Make outbound calls to reconnect with past customers and generate new business.
• Keep detailed, accurate records so nothing falls through the cracks.

We ship Ag parts same day and get Rubber Tracks out in 2 days or less to most of the USA. Now we need someone sharp, driven, and customer-focused to help us keep that reputation strong.

• Pay:$18.00/hour
• Uncapped Commission
• Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Location: Bridgeport, NE

What You'll Do
