Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Sales Support Representative in Westerville, OH to assist Sales teams and serve customers. You will craft quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries while providing timely, personalized service.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in sales or customer service, familiarity with Salesforce and Genesis phones, and a proactive, fast-paced work ethic. This full-time role includes training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing or other trades is a plus.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is preferred.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday8am to 5pm with 1 rotating Saturday shift a month.

Responsibilities:

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs bydeterminingthe best products and solutions.

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
