Responsibilities

• Work with regional sales to manage customer forecasts and interface with factory, product lines and production planning.
• Collect forecast (parts, volume, monthly demands) from sales and load into the system.
• Communicate TXR/JDM forecast across Asia sales regions and analyze gaps.
• Monitor bookings against forecast and perform weekly backlog analysis.
• Support NPI launch tracking from release to mass production with sales and FAE.
• Provide monthly analysis on opportunities and pricing from design-in and design wins via CRM.
• Manage customer service including delivery reporting, expeditites, and confirmations.
