Job summary

Glass Doctor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in Wasilla, AK. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to residential and business customers when they need it most, guiding them through the process from inquiry to sale.

You will handle calls, enter customer data, schedule appointments, gather information for the repair, respond to emails, and collect payments. Training is provided, and compensation includes a competitive hourly wage with growth potential.

Qualifications

• One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.
• Outstanding phone skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.
• Enters all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system.
• Sets appointments for flat projects in order to promptly close the sale.
• Assist Auto Glass Customers using open ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.
• Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.
• Collect payment from customers for the work performed.

Your Responsibilities As An ISR

As a Glass Doctor ISR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while showing off your solid customer service skills.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $27.00, depending on your level of experience as an ISR.
