Pickup Outfitters of Waco is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service. You will assist customers in-person and over phone/email while coordinating project inquiries and installations.

This full-time position offers ample opportunity for growth within the company through structured training and coaching. Candidates should have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Prior sales experience in a showroom setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision.

Job Summary
