Job summary

Paynada is seeking Inside Sales Representatives for a remote-first role across the United States. The position offers a $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 annual salary plus uncapped commissions and strong training to help you close deals and elevate earnings.

You will drive inside sales, tackle challenges with creative solutions, and build relationships with potential clients. A hunter mentality and a proven B2B sales track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Inside sales (B2B) cold calling and closing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Merchant Processing industry experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating sales goals.

Compensation:

• This is a W-2 position with uncapped earning potential and competitive commission.
• The salary range for this position is $40k-$45k (depending on experience and location). This is a non-exempt position.
• Lucrative daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Inside sales (B2B) cold calling, networking, and closing experience is a MUST.
• Minimum 1 year of Merchant Processing industry experience is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills.
• Proven outside or inside sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in the following fields is beneficial, but not essential: Mortgages Sales, Energy Sales, Insurance Sales, Advertising Sales, Real Estate Sales, any B2B / D2D Sales.
