Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver excellent customer service, process orders, and grow revenue by addressing inquiries and leveraging product knowledge.

You will write bids, maintain CRM data, coordinate with Outside Sales, and participate in product and sales training while advancing your career in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
• Address customer concerns and move toward commitment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, solving problems, entering orders, and follow-up.
• Maximize customer contact on the phone and turn inquiries into orders.
• Write bids and quotations and perform follow-up.
• Document all customer contact and sales activities in the ACS system.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales for account management and service.
• Support Outside Sales in sales and marketing plans.
• Keep current on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products.
• Attend product and sales training meetings.
• Update and maintain the database.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls, solving problems, entering orders, and completing follow‑up procedures.
• Maximize customer contact on the phone by turning product inquiries into orders and suggesting accessories or replacement items.
• Write bids and quotations when appropriate and perform follow‑up procedures.
• Document all customer contact and sales activities in the ACS system.
• Communicate with Outside Sales to ensure excellent account management and customer service for new and existing customers.
• Support Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing plans.
• Keep current on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products.
• Attend product and sales training meetings as required.
• Update and maintain the database.
