Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, seeks an experienced Inside Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service, process orders, and drive sales through proactive inquiry handling. You will document interactions in the ACS system and support Outside Sales with account management.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or customer service, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong data entry.
• MS Office (Word/Excel) savvy; typing 40 WPM.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn product/industry details and attend trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls, entering orders, and following up.
• Maximize phone contact with customers by turning inquiries into orders and suggesting accessories or replacements.
• Write bids and quotations when appropriate and perform follow-up procedures.
• Document all customer interactions in the ACS system.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to ensure account management and service quality.
• Support sales/marketing plans and stay current on product offerings.
• Attend product and sales trainings and maintain the customer database.

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative.

In this position, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming customer calls, solving problems, entering orders and completing follow-up procedures

• Supports Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing plan.
• Keeps current on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products
• Attends product and sales training meetings as required.
• Updates and maintains database

• 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience
