A major Springfieldfabrication / manufacturing company is seeking a self-motivated, eager individual to fill a full time role as anInside Sales and Marketing Rep.

Job duties include but not limited to:

Professionally represent and market products and services to current and prospective customers.
Develop and maintain customer base and business relationships with new and current customers to generate new business
Research sources for developing prospective products, customers and big store catalog potential.
Develop clear, accurate and effective written proposals/quotes for current and prospective customers.
Be involved in the process of getting ideas developed into products and the products to market places.
Expedite the resolution of customer concerns and problems.
Participate in trade shows and conventions as needed.
E-Commerce sales experienced is preferred
Must be results oriented and work individually and with a team
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $21.63 - $28.85 per hour
($45,000 - $60,000/year)

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
