Qualifications

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for generating new business, connecting with real estate agents and brokers across the US and introducing lead generation, digital marketing and advertising solutions that help them attract customers and grow their businesses.

The company's flagship lead generation product connects real estate professionals with real-time buyer leads, helping them generate new opportunities and increase their revenue.

This is a genuine outbound sales role where you’ll be focused on prospecting, overcoming objections and closing new business over the phone.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Making high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers (100+ per day).
• Building relationships with real estate agents, brokers and business owners.
• Introducing lead generation, digital marketing and branding solutions to prospective customers.
• Understanding customer needs and demonstrating how the solutions can deliver a strong return on investment.
• Handling objections, confidently presenting solutions and closing new business over the phone.
• Working towards activity and revenue targets, including call volumes, talk time and sales performance.
• Managing your pipeline, customer interactions and sales activity through CRM systems.
• Thriving in a collaborative, competitive and performance-driven sales environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in salespeople who have built a strong foundation in outbound sales, have a track record of hitting targets and are hungry to achieve more.

• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in telesales, inside sales or outbound B2B sales.
• Proven success generating new business through cold calling and closing deals over the phone.
• A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Confidence handling objections, building rapport quickly and communicating value to prospective customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with the ability to manage multiple platforms.
• A competitive, resilient mindset and genuine motivation to earn commission.
• Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Experience selling digital advertising, lead generation, marketing solutions or other services would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

You don't need a degree or previous real estate experience. We're far more interested in your sales ability, track record, attitude and drive to succeed.
