Stelvio Inc. in Scottsdale is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join a high-energy team focused on outbound B2B outreach. You’ll connect with real estate professionals across the US, selling lead generation and digital marketing solutions to drive growth and revenue.

The role offers a base of $63,440 with uncapped commission, and an OTE of $120,000; top performers earn $200,000+. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in-office and 1 day remote, with typical hours 7:30am-4:30pm MST.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience in outbound or B2B sales.
• Proven success generating new business via cold calling.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Fluent communication and ability to handle objections.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (100+ per day).
• Build relationships with real estate agents, brokers and business owners.
• Present lead generation, digital marketing and branding solutions.
• Understand customer needs and demonstrate ROI of solutions.
• Handle objections and close new business over the phone.
• Work toward activity and revenue targets and manage CRM activity.
• Maintain pipeline and customer interactions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
