Job summary

Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional in San Diego. The role emphasizes high outbound calling, detailed note-taking in Service Titan, and driving membership sales through excellent customer service and relationship-building with leads and clients.

Responsibilities include following approved scripts, meeting weekly sales targets, and ensuring timely processing of leads to secure commission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Inside Sales experience in an office environment.
• Prior work in home services is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent outbound communication with leads and prospects.
• Inform clients about expiring recurring services and assist with rewriting estimates as needed.
• Use excellent customer service skills to drive membership sales.
• Enter detailed notes into Service Titan and tracking spreadsheets.
• Relay important information to the assigned business units: Drains, Backflow, Water Filtration, HVAC, Lining and Repipe.
• Call at least 50 customers per day.
• Meet a minimum goal of 10 sold estimates each work week.
• Ensure that potential leads are processed and removed from the estimate file within one business day.
• Maintain outbound communication until a lead or prospect is reached or confirmed as invalid.
• Display a professional and positive attitude towards all leads and prospects.
• Build relationships with clients by asking insightful questions to understand their needs and utilizing strong communication skills.
• Follow approved scripts and dialogues provided by the company.
• Use all lead and prospect tracking methods provided by the company.
• Promptly report any escalated customer concerns to management.
• Ensure that interactions with all estimated opportunities are maintained within a 30-day period to secure commission.
• Attend training sessions, teleconference calls, and meetings as required by the company.
• Follow the inside sales rules and vetting process to be eligible for commission on sales.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine, or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Climate-controlled office setting.
