Job summary

CED Central Coast, part of Consolidated Electrical Distributors, is seeking a full-time, on-site Quotations and Project Manager for our Monterey team in Sand City, CA. You will prepare project quotes, manage orders from bid through completion, and provide inside sales support.

In this role, you will review plans, coordinate with contractors and vendors, track quotes, and keep customers informed throughout each project. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical distribution, lighting, quotations, or project management experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications preferred.
• Comfortable learning product lines and using computer-based quoting and order systems.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive quotes for electrical materials and lighting packages.
• Work with contractors, manufacturers, and vendor representatives to confirm product requirements, pricing, and lead times.
• Track quotes, follow up on opportunities, and communicate changes in pricing or scope.
• Manage project orders, release schedules, and delivery coordination.
