igus Inc. in Rumford, RI is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will help customers, understand their needs, and recommend products while delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships.

You'll work with a collaborative team, learn our products, and use Salesforce to manage inquiries, quotes, and orders. A background in customer service or sales is preferred, with strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, retail sales, account management, or another customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable learning new products and explaining them to customers.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

• Respond to customer questions about products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships.
• Conduct virtual product presentations when needed.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
• Keep customer information up to date using our CRM system.
