Job summary

Firehouse Roofing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, set appointments for Roofing Advisors and Technicians, and learn all products and services through our training program.

The role emphasizes strong communication, high energy, and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes bonuses and benefits with Monday–Friday business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments preferred.
• Knowledge of basic MS Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling tools.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by the company.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Knowledge of MS Office Suite, phone software Five9 for example, familiarity with booking schedule
• Some level of customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
• Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
• Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Hours

Tuesday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 8am-5pm
