Arrington Roofing is a growing local roofing company with a 42 year history in the Dallas-Forth Worth metroplex. We are seeking A-Players to join our Rockstar squad. Arrington Roofing is looking for an experienced and result-driven roofing Sales consultant/project manager to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads, closing sales, and overseeing the successful installation of roofing products. We are looking for the right candidates that will be able to grow with our company. We are a local company and we offer extremely competitive commission-based compensation along with ongoing training from some of the industry's top sales coaches!

Great Communication skills, the ability to work interdependently, self motivation, and the ability to be highly organized are all skills that are essential for success in this sales role. Sales experience and customer service experience is preferred but not required, and roofing industry experience is a plus.

Must

Generate a pipeline of self generated leads by numerous activities from warm calling to direct marketing and networking. We also receive inbound leads that will be distributed based on performance. Roughly 25%-50% of leads will need to be self-generated depending on your income goals.
Write purchase orders and work orders. We have quality control specialists to oversee production, but require salesmen to be the point of contact from initial inspection to job completion.
