Job summary

Firehouse Roofing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, set appointments for Roofing Advisors and Technicians, and learn all products and services through our training program.

The role emphasizes strong communication, high energy, and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes bonuses and benefits with Monday–Friday business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments preferred.
• Knowledge of basic MS Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling tools.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls, make outbound calls, and set appointments for Roofing Advisors and Technicians.
• Work effectively with a team.
• Possess strong character and values.
• Be knowledgeable about all company products and services (we will train you).
• Overcome objections and answer customer concerns and questions.
