Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in the Los Angeles area seeks an Inside Sales Representative to be the first contact for walk-ins, email, and phone inquiries. You will partner with management to satisfy customers and drive revenue, handling lead generation through project management.

We value a customer-focused stance, a friendly disposition, and strong organization. Printing or sign shop exposure is a plus; all applicants with or without a college degree are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Printing or sign shop experience is a plus.
• Open to applicants with or without a college degree.

Fast-growing visual communications company seeks Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate:

• Serves as first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers.
• Works with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue in line with company’s vision and values.

Direct experience in the printing industry or a sign company and particularly a FASTSIGNS franchise would be a plus.

The Successful Candidate Has

• Inside Sales 3+ years experience
• Customer Service skills and experience
• Printing and/or Sign shop experience a PLUS
