FASTSIGNS is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Santa Ana to serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and phone inquiries. You will work with management to develop revenue in line with our vision and values, handling sales activities from lead generation to project management. The successful candidate has 3+ years of inside sales, strong customer service, and sign shop experience.

Open to applicants with or without a college degree. We offer generous pay and benefits.

Fast-growing visual communications company seeks Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate:

• Serves as first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers.
• Works with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue in line with company’s vision and values.
• Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through project management.
• Must be customer focused with a friendly, welcoming disposition and exceptional organizational skills.

Direct experience in a sign company, printing industry would be a plus.

The Successful Candidate Has

• Customer Service skills and experience
• Sign shop experience
