Job summary

Yarde Metals, Inc. in Limerick, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop new and existing accounts by delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales and profit goals.

The position may also be filled as an Inside Sales Trainee, with a training program to develop product knowledge, pricing, and sales skills before handling quotes, new accounts, and ongoing account service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• One year of experience directly related to a sales position in metals service or similar.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Effective phone skills with strong command of the English language.
• Ability to negotiate, persuade and make sound business decisions.
• High level of attention to detail.

Job Summary

An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new and existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service while maximizing sales and profit goals.

Yarde Metals is also open finding a candidate who may not have the experience but has all the right skills to come in as an Inside Sales Trainee! I nside Sales Trainee goes through a training program designed to develop an understanding of the company’s products, service capabilities, operations, pricing, industry knowledge and sales skills needed to generate a profitable customer base. After gaining working knowledge of the fundamentals, the Inside Sales Trainee responds to customer quotes and inquiries, develops new customer accounts, and services existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service while maximizing sales and profit goals.
