Role Description

This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders for industrial electrical products and related solutions. The Inside Sales Representative will maintain regular communication with customers and distributors, provide technical product information, and coordinate closely with outside sales and manufacturer partners. Daily responsibilities include updating the CRM, following up on open opportunities, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall sales growth.
