Job summary

SitePro Rentals is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries at our Irving, TX location.

You will prepare rental quotes, invoices, and help resolve billing questions while coordinating pickups/returns. Work closely with sales and branch teams to ensure inventory availability and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• A customer-first mindset with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with systems, data entry, and reporting.
• Confidence learning and discussing equipment specs, availability, and basic operation.
• High school diploma required; customer service or branch operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries.
• Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices, and help resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions.
• Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns while communicating availability and expectations clearly.
• Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support customer needs, inventory, and order fulfillment.
