Shield Healthcare is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to identify and service customers at our Houston, TX site (also listed in Elmhurst, IL; Middleburg Heights, OH; San Antonio, TX; Carrollton, TX). The role emphasizes outbound calls to build new accounts and expand existing ones using telesales techniques.

This on-site position requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer‑focused approach to meet sales targets while collaborating with teams and managing multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or call center preferred.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and detail orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong phone and cold-calling skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of home health business and referral sources preferred, bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Shield HealthCare is looking for an Inside Sales Representativein our Elmhurst, IL, Middleburg Heights, OH, Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX or Carrollton, TX office to identify and service Shield HealthCare customers. This is a hands‑on role that is responsible for calling customers and potential customers with the purpose of selling Shield HealthCare products and services. This role contributes to meeting our financial goals through gaining new customer accounts and expanding current ones using Telesales techniques.
This is an on‑site position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answering potential customers' questions and following up when necessary
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Upselling products and services
• Researching and qualifying leads
• Closing sales and achieving required sales targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills

• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets
• Knowledge of home health business including referral sources preferred, but not required
• Bilingual preferred, but not required

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• $27-30/hour plus commission
