Shield HealthCare is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our on-site Durham, North Carolina office to assist customers with telephone orders. The position has a set Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and is focused on delivering courteous service to physicians, referral sources, and patients.
You will answer calls, enter orders, process authorizations, resolve complaints, and upsell or cross-sell to meet customer needs.

The posted range for this position is $20-21/hour which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay withing the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
