Gt is seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist in Harmony Township, PA to serve as a central coordination point for customers and opportunities. You will assist with inquiries, coordinate cross-functional resources, and support lead generation to drive sales growth.

In this role, you will manage equipment availability, demonstrate products, prepare quotes, and ensure smooth information flow between sales, operations, and inventory.

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Purpose:The purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional customer and sales support by serving as a central coordination point for equipment, information, and resources. Through proactive communication, operational coordination, and administrative support, the role helps ensure a seamless customer experience while contributing to sales growth, asset utilization, and overall branch performance.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and prospects, facilitating inquiries, directing opportunities to the appropriate sales resources, and supporting lead generation efforts.Support rental operations by providing cross-functional coverage and ensuring continuity of service during periods of high demand, staffing shortages, or operational disruptions.Coordinate equipment availability and logistics across branches and company locations to optimize asset utilization and support customer requirements.Manage the planning and execution of equipment demonstrations, ensuring compliance with company requirements and delivering a positive customer experience.Partner with Sales Representatives to support the sales process through quote preparation, equipment information management, customer communications, and sales opportunity coordination.Facilitate the accurate receipt and processing of equipment inventory by coordinating with operational teams and ensuring timely documentation and information flow.Act as a liaison between sales, operations, inventory, and administrative teams to promote effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.Provide administrative and operational support to management and sales teams, assisting with priority initiatives and workload balancing as business needs require.Support the marketing and sale of used equipment through inventory promotion, customer outreach, and management of digital marketplace listings.Contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth by ensuring responsive service, efficient internal coordination, and timely execution of sales-related activities.Other duties as assignedMinimum and preferred qualificationsAssociate's degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, equipment distribution, rental operations, or a related environment.Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and locations.Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and customer focus while managing competing priorities.
