Job summary

Liberty Roofing Center is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our Elizabeth, NJ location. You will support sales and operations, assist with cycle counts, deliveries and customer inquiries while working with Territory Sales Representatives to provide service for our customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving a Van.
• Operation of Van and Seamless Gutter Equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required.
• General understanding of Sales and Customer Service.
• Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
• Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch/Operations Manager in cycle counts and inventory control
• Assisting with job site deliveries
• Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base
• Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep
• Process orders and paperwork
• Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing
• Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide sales support for walk in customers
• Timely and effective communication
• Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion
• Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Any other responsibilities as assigned
