Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email with orders.

• Process credit applications, purchase orders, adjustments, and cancellations.
• Place orders with vendors using computers, phone, or email.
• Maintain customer accounts and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with inside sales and sales reps in a team environment.
• Stay up to date on discount structures and product offerings.
