Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center in Austin is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the first contact for customers by phone, email, in person, or on site. You will learn to prepare estimates, write work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders, guiding customers from initial estimate to installation.

You will turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust, participating in daily team meetings, and supporting our marketing plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Signage or print industry experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred, B2B experience a plus.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, such as signage
