Job summary

ABC Supply, Alpharetta, GA, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support roofing, siding and window projects. Typical schedule Monday–Friday 7am–4:30pm with overtime possible. You will identify customer needs, recommend products, and process orders while delivering world-class service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in related sales, strong communication, time management and teamwork skills, plus basic computer proficiency. Benefits begin after 60 days with several coverage options.

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding and windows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell items.
• Answer telephones, enter sales orders, and process payments to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse and track deliveries.
