Job summary

Groovin Fulfillment LLC in Elmhurst, IL, seeks a proactive Wholesale Sales Associate to convert inquiries from our website and ads into customers. You will call new applications the same day, qualify needs, quote, log calls, and move warm leads to the owner for closing.

You’ll also support the warehouse with packing and shipping tasks and maintain Zoho CRM data. Base pay is $20–$22/hour plus commissions and a $100 bonus on every new account's first paid order.

Qualifications

Job description

We're a wholesale distributor selling branded consumer goods (electronics, beauty, tools, fragrance, supplements) to Amazon sellers, retailers, and exporters. We did about $3.5M this year and we get 15 - 20 new buyer inquiries a day from our website and ads. Right now most of them don't get a phone call. That's the job.

Pay: $20 - $22/hour plus commission on every account you open. Review at 90 days.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, in person at our Elmhurst warehouse office.

What you'll do

• Call every new wholesale application the same day it comes in and find out what they sell, what they need, and how much they buy
• Follow up with buyers who ordered once and haven't come back
• Work a lead list in the afternoon when the inbound queue is clear
• Send quotes, update the CRM (Zoho), and hand warm deals to the owner to close
• Help in the warehouse mid-day: count inbound shipments, FNSKU label, pack, and keep pallets organized. Roughly 3 - 4 hours a day, more when a big lot lands

What we need

• You're comfortable on the phone. Not "fine with it," comfortable. You'll make 40+ dials a day
• Clear, confident English. Most of our buyers are small business owners who decide in 30 seconds whether they trust you
• Organized enough to log every call before you leave
• Can lift 40 lbs and don't mind a warehouse floor
• Amazon, e-commerce or wholesale exposure is a plus, not required. We'll teach the product

How the pay works

• $20 - $22/hr base, W-2, paid through Zoho Payroll
• 5% of gross profit on any account you open or reactivate, paid when the customer pays. That's on every reorder too, for as long as they're buying
• $100 bonus on every new account's first paid order
• Hit the numbers at 90 days and base goes to $22 with more phone time

What that looks like in real money

Open 15 accounts a quarter and that's $1,500 in first-order bonuses every quarter. Our typical account buys about $6,000 a year at 20% margin, so commission stacks as your accounts reorder: 60 accounts by month 12 is roughly $3,600 a year in commission on top of base, before counting any bigger accounts. Land a $20,000 buyer and one order pays you $200. Land an exporter buying five figures a month and you'll see it in every paycheck. The ceiling is your dial count.
