HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Houston. You will reach out to homeowners to generate sales, explain our pest control offerings, and complete sales documentation to support field technicians.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners to generate sales, including door knocking, mail, and calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have the information they need.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy outdoor work and meeting new people.
• Work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all customers.
