HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate sales with homeowners in your assigned area. No sales experience is required—the company provides training and supports you with tools, a company vehicle, phone, and iPad to help you succeed.

You'll reach out to homeowners, explain benefits and pricing, and complete sales documents for Pest Control Techs to deliver a great customer experience. Flexible hours and uncapped earning potential await.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
