HomeTeam Pest Defense in Richardson, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales with homeowners in your assigned area, including door-to-door outreach, mail, and calls. You will clearly explain benefits and pricing, and ensure all sales documents are accurate for Pest Control Techs to deliver a delightful experience.

Earn $60K–$100K annually with uncapped earning potential, plus a company vehicle, gas card, company phone, iPad, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Techs have the information they need.
