Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Kyle, Texas. No experience required; training will be provided. You will reach out to homeowners, build lasting relationships, and explain benefits and pricing of HomeTeam’s pest control services.

This role offers salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential, a company vehicle and gas card, a company phone and iPad, and comprehensive benefits, plus 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Techs have all information needed.
• Think quickly, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Work outside and meet new people; maintain flexibility in hours.
