Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B inside or field sales experience.
• Experience in fiber-based packaging industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to manage full book of accounts across multiple business units.
• Proven ability to develop and close opportunities over phone or videoconference.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage assigned accounts.
• Coordinate orders and resolve account issues.
• Engage with new potential customers and previous customers to win back business.
• Build relationships with decision makers and adapt to matrix organization.
