Responsibilities

• Dispatching & Operations: Schedule technicians for residential, commercial, and auto glass jobs; optimize routes and manage work orders.
• Inside Sales & Customer Service: Answer calls, convert inquiries to booked jobs, provide quotes, close sales, upsell services.
• Administrative & Support: Order glass/materials, track inventory, process billing, maintain records.
