Job summary

Southern National Roofing in Charlotte, NC is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to work in our in-office call center. This phone-based role supports our outside sales teams by engaging homeowners, handling inbound/outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Charlotte, NC office.

40 hours weekly; Monday–Friday 9:00am–9:00pm, Saturday 8:30am–5:00pm, with no Sundays. Pay is $30,000–$75,000 per year, paid hourly plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from homeowners and internal marketing teams.
• Make outbound calls to existing leads and prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team.
• Promote Southern National’s roofing solutions and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
