Job summary

OneSource Distributors in California's Central Valley (Turlock) seeks a customer-facing associate for the sales floor and warehouse duties. You will greet customers, handle orders, process payments, and assist with product recommendations to meet customer needs.

The role is non-exempt, full-time, with hours from 6:00am to 3:00pm, offering hourly pay and a commission plan plus comprehensive benefits. Healthcare, PTO, 401(k), and development programs are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear and concise communication skills essential.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams and Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with product selection.
• Resolve customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Process sales tickets, payments, and delivery arrangements.
• Perform warehouse duties including shipping and receiving as needed.
• Promote branch promotions and support daily operations.
