Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Bakersfield, CA is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and grow with the team.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm; hourly rate based on experience, with about 6 months in the warehouse training phase. You will collaborate with Sales associates to identify the best products and solutions, deliver timely quotations and accurate sales orders, and coordinate deliveries for customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
