Job summary

Ferguson, a leading distributor, is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to assist customers, prepare quotes, and process orders. You will learn the business from the ground up while delivering personalized service and coordinating deliveries.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm. Pay starts at $24/hour with potential for higher based on experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience required.
• Preference for knowledge of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fittings is a plus.
• Ability to upsell and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with product selections and solutions alongside Sales associates.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders to ensure personalized service.
• Coordinate deliveries and respond to customer inquiries via phone and CRM system.
