Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Schedule: M-F 6:00am-4:00pm with possible overtime; responsibilities include supporting the Fire & Fabrication customer group, generating quotations, processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling inquiries with CRM tools.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills including upselling and quick decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital literacy.

Aufgaben

• Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group and collaborate with Sales to determine best products and solutions.
• Ensure personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers and respond to sales calls to address questions or concerns.
• Use CRM and phone systems effectively to manage customer interactions and data.
