Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to assist customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. The role supports the Fire & Fabrication group, requiring a hands-on, customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:00pm with overtime likely. You will collaborate with Sales to determine the best products, prepare quotations, and coordinate deliveries while delivering

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fire protection or plumbing products preferred.
• Strong sales skills including upselling and quick decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group by coordinating with Sales associates to identify best products and solutions.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders to ensure personalized customer service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers and answer calls with professional information.
• Develop quick learning of product knowledge and processes to assist customers effectively.
