Responsibilities

• Support the Fire & Fabrication customer group with Sales associates to meet customer needs.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls and resolve customer questions using CRM and phone systems.
