Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring Inside Sales Representatives who will support customers, solve problems and learn the business from the ground up.

You will collaborate with Sales to determine the best products, provide timely quotes and accurate sales orders, and coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers. A hands-on, customer-focused approach helps build relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in fire protection, plumbing, or other trades is a plus.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including upselling.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Responsibilities

• This role supports the Fire & Fabrication customer group.
• Work with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions.
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Use CRM system and phone system effectively.
