EndeavorB2B in Saint Paul, MN is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive advertising revenue for FenderBender and Ratchet+Wrench. You will prospect, cold call, and present print and digital solutions to auto-industry advertisers.

This role requires a high-volume calling approach, strong communication, and CRM discipline. Local candidates in the Twin Cities area are preferred, with a competitive benefits package and clear growth opportunities in a fast-paced, data-driven team.

Qualifications

• 100+ outbound activities per day targeting auto-industry advertisers.
• 50+ outbound calls per day with strong phone follow-up.
• 1.5 hours of phone time daily for outreach.
• Calling on parts managers at new car dealerships.
• Inside Sales experience preferred and strong phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Fuel growth by prospecting, cold calling, and presenting programs.
• Develop relationships with advertisers, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Craft compelling proposals and provide exceptional client service.
• Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and campaign analysis.
• Participate in monthly meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Close sales and meet targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Make a high volume of calls daily.
• Inside Sales experience is preferable.
• Great on the phone with personality and resilience.
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
