Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, mechanical, or marketing field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in industrial chemicals.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; results-driven.
• Ability to identify opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory and portfolio of Automotive customers.
• Develop relationships through proactive communication and regular reviews.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product penetration.
• Record all interactions and maintain accurate forecasts and pipelines in CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs.
