You will manage a defined customer base, drive revenue growth, and strengthen partnerships through proactive engagement and consultative selling. The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to support new programs and ongoing production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/mechanical or marketing field; 0–2 years sales experience preferred.
• Experience in inside sales or account management within the automotive/industrial sector is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and portfolio of Automotive customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular reviews.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, expand product penetration, and grow market share within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and product launches.
