Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a result-driven Full-Time Sales Representative to work inside the After-Market Sales Call Center in Texas. You will sell aftermarket products after generator sales, handle inbound inquiries, quote repair parts, and pursue sales leads with professional phone etiquette.

Applicants should be well spoken with good Excel/Word/Sheets skills, and comfortable with high call volumes. Hours are Mon–Fri 8–5 or 9–6, with occasional Saturdays and a base rate plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Sell aftermarket products after the sale of a Generac generator.
• Answer incoming calls from customers interested in aftermarket services and items.
• Quote parts required for generator repairs to customers.
• Complete sales leads efficiently on a daily basis.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities with proper phone etiquette.
